Learn to Lift

Practise the basics of lifting weights. Barbell squat, overhead lifts and deadlift workshop.


What is it about?

Always wanted to learn lifting, or wonder if you do it correctly? This session is for you! What we will cover on the session? We will start with a short warm up, a few mobility drills, and we will move the the main lifting practice with a barbell. You can expect to learn and have your technique checked for Squats, Overhead presses, Deadlift and learn about variations.
