How to make a protein shake?

  1. Prepare The Base - the best in taste and ease is to add frozen fruits. Anything you like from fruit, vegs and healthy fats;

    • avocado,

    • banana,

    • strawberries,

    • blueberries etc.

2. Add your Protein. You can shop for a great nutritious and pure protein powder here ;

3. Add Sweetener of your choice. Or maybe not? Depends on your taste add some honey, sweetener or maple syrup.

4. Liquid - you can add some extra liquid if you like. Water, juice or plant based milk.

5. Blend it all and enjoy!
