Before I joined, my activity level was extremely low and I was slightly overweight. I wasn't working out and started as a complete beginner. I didn't have any concerns on whether to join. I wasn't expecting I would lose weight though. 

I've been really enjoying working with you, I've learned how to exercise safely and correctly by following your instructions and you've been keeping me motivated throughout the whole time. Apart from losing weight and getting stronger, I have also gained confidence, valuable knowledge and skills.

I wasn’t happy within myself as I started gaining weight on and off. I joined Zuza’s training program because I wanted to lose weight and learn how to use the equipment safely with hurting myself. It was fun as I learned so many ways to exercise the same part of the body without getting bored and how to put a routine together.  Zuza is very patient, understanding and always have a smile on her face. She doesn’t give up as she believes in you also encouraged you to push further. The best result she taught me was my strength as I never knew my capability.

I felt a lack of motivation within the gym; No effective workout in place to achieve personal goals. Having been out of the gym for a while, I wasn't sure whether I could maintain a long structured training program. I needed a change and wasn't doing regular exercise. I wanted to try a new style of exercise in a safe and supportive environment - with other women like me who weren’t necessarily gym bunnies! Did I have any reservations? Not about you but about doing the exercise - or being able to do things, not being able to keep up or feeling self-conscious. 

What was the process of working out together like and what's my best result? It’s always fun and the time goes quickly! I’m a lot stronger now and I have more stamina.

Being honest I don't want to say what my situation was before as it was very bad and I prefer to leave that in the past, and never go back there.

My reservation before I worked with you was that if I can manage an hour in the gym my condition was really bad. It has been a difficult and great time working with you. I have more confidence now to go to the gym and work out by myself there as I feel stronger and increase my energy level. The best result what I got from working out with you is that I  am lighter and stronger. 😊

Before I joined I was barely working out, easily out of breath.  I decided to sign up after I did taster session with Zuza and it was really good and felt like it should help me improve my fitness. I was worried about how crap my fitness was and that I might be embarrassed. The process of working with Zuza was wonderful. She's always motivational and if you struggle she is happy to edit your training so that it is achievable and still push you to do better. Now I have more energy and can push myself harder than I thought. I will continue to visit the gym with proper techniques I have learnt from Zuza.
