I have new horizons, new goals
I was an overweight diabetic on an uncontrolled eat what you see diet. I had been a member of the gym for about 9 months and was not making the progress I needed (I thought at the time I was doing well) I did not see why anyone needs a PT - why spend money on something that you could do yourself.It was a chance meeting in the gym - conversation while I was cooling down - which led to a taster session being arranged - nothing ventured nothing gained. The benefits were soon very apparent.
It's been an absolute delight - you have the gift of getting the best out of people - always encouraging, listening, pushing when needed and reassuring when you meet the inevitable bumps in the road.The results far exceed what I believed possible - I am not the same person I was 10 months ago - yes I have lost 23 kgs but that's only part of it - I have a healthy and sustainable diet and have renewed energy / vitality.The future - I have new horizons new goals - I would like to work on my strength, balance and flexibility, while maintaining my fitness and healthy diet.
I felt a lack of motivation within the gym; No effective workout in place to achieve personal goals. Having been out of the gym for a while, I wasn't sure whether I could maintain a long structured training program. Required a Personal workout system to produce effective results along with a healthier diet plan. Zuza’s body-shaping program had all the essential tools I needed to achieve my goals and potential. Having Zuza as my personal trainer has been truly amazing. The workout sessions have been second to none and well structured. She has in-depth knowledge and understanding, keeping you fully motivated during all your training sessions. Now I have a much healthier body physique along with a weekly full-body workout plan to keep me motivated. I will utilize the full-body workout plan to keep providing effective results. Really love the physical results
I wasn’t athletic and barely stepped foot in a gym before we started to work together. I was also unhappy with my weight and how I looked. I wasn’t completely sure that I would start to like my body once I started training. I wanted to finally get the body I desired, and also to improve my relationship with food and fitness. It’s been a good process 😊 I thought I would be uncomfortable working out in a gym but with your encouragement, that wasn’t the case. I started to really love the working out experience and I really liked the physical results I was starting to see. My regret is not taking pictures of those results before COVID. I’m no longer afraid to step into a gym alone and I can see myself continuing my fitness journey for the future.
My situation before was very bad
Being honest I don't want to say what my situation was before as it was very bad and I prefer to leave that in the past, and never go back there. My reservation before I worked with you was that if I can manage an hour in the gym my condition was really bad. It has been a difficult and great time working with you. I have more confidence now to go to the gym and work out by myself there as I feel stronger and increase my energy level. The best result what I got from working out with you is that I am lighter and stronger. 😊
I never new my capability!
I wasn’t happy within myself as I started gaining weight on and off. I joined Zuza’s training program because I wanted to lose weight and learn how to use the equipment safely with hurting myself. It was fun as I learned so many ways to exercise the same part of the body without getting bored and how to put a routine together. Zuza is very patient, understanding and always have a smile on her face. She doesn’t give up as she believes in you also encouraged you to push further. The best result she taught me was my strength as I never knew my capability.
Now I have understand my body
Getting the control over my lifestyle was powerful. I don't let the food to control me and my emotions anymore. Before committing to a structured programme my training was a hit and miss, lukewarm. 3 months can change so much I could never believe! And now I have tools that I can use anytime I need them.
I gained confidence, knowledge and skills
Before I joined, my activity level was extremely low and I was slightly overweight. I wasn't working out and started as a complete beginner. I didn't have any concerns on whether to join. I wasn't expecting I would lose weight though. I've been really enjoying working with you, I've learned how to exercise safely and correctly by following your instructions and you've been keeping me motivated throughout the whole time. Apart from losing weight and getting stronger, I have also gained confidence, valuable knowledge and skills.
I'm feeling much more confidence in myself and my abilities :)
I had been coming to the gym for a while but had no set routine and was muddling through workouts. I was worried how strict our training would be (thankfully not too strict). I decided to take a PT to have a better knowledge of how to workout effectively, how best to move my body and also how to be confident in the gym. I had really positive experience. I enjoy working out together and I feel well supported with all exercises. I also feel well challenged with exercises. Feeling stronger. I’ve also used equipment I would never imagine me using as well as using heavier weights effectively. I have positive relationship with my exercise :)
