I had the pleasure of working with Zuza over the past 9 months, and it has been a transformative experience. Before I started training with her, I struggled with my fitness goals and lacked motivation. However, her expertise and dedication changed the game for me.
From the very first session, I could tell that she was committed to helping me succeed. She tailored workouts to my specific needs and consistently pushed me to my limits, helping me discover strengths I never knew I had.
My goals in the very beginning were to find a hobby, gain confidence in the gym, learn how to use the equipment, and understand how to tailor a workout for the days when I am training on my own. She exceeded my expectations, making me understand that a fitness journey involves far more than just getting to the gym and doing some exercises; it changes you inside and out.
Over the past 9 months, I’ve seen remarkable progress in my physical fitness, my confidence, motivation, and mindset, which might be the most important of all.
Having control over my lifestyle and nutrition habits is powerful.
I don't let the food to control me and my emotions anymore.
When you actually commit to a structured programme you notice the results coming through gradually.

"I had been coming to the gym for a while but had no set routine and was muddling through workouts. I was worried how strict our training would be (thankfully not too strict).
I decided to take a PT to have a better knowledge of how to work out effectively, how best to move my body and also how to be confident in the gym.
I had really positive experience. I enjoyed working out together and I felt well supported with all exercises. I was well challenged with exercises, I feel definitely stronger now.
I’ve also used equipment I would never imagine myself using as well as using heavier weights effectively.
