Intermittent Fasting. What are my options?

We already mentioned in the previous posts what intermittent fasting is and how beneficial it is for our overall health.

Today, we want to expand your knowledge and maybe encourage you to try intermittent fasting yourself.

There is no one rule assigned how to do it. Actually, there are a few ways you can do it and to pick the best one for yourself is crucial when it comes to sticking to it.

Let me quickly remind you of the benefits of intermittent fasting;

  • Reducing inflammation

  • Improving conditions related to inflammation, like Alzheimer's disease, asthma, arthritis, stroke

  • Reducing weight

  • Lowering risk of obesity

  • Lowering risk of some type of cancers

  • Reducing sleep apnoea
