3 Easy Meals Recipe

First Recipe

Roasted Chicken

If you're looking to whip up a mouth-watering roasted chicken, you'll need a few key ingredients and a bit of know-how.

Start with a whole chicken, and gather up some butter, lemon, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

You can also add carrots, onions, and potatoes to the mix for a complete meal.

Once you've seasoned your chicken to perfection and arranged the veggies around it, pop it in the oven for 45min-105min (depending on the chicken's size).

And if you're feeling extra indulgent, don't forget to add some rich, savoury gravy to top it all off.

Trust us, your taste buds will thank you!

Second Recipe

Mustard Chicken Salad

*use any part of the chicken

Let's start by whisking together some mayo, mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. While we're at it, preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and coat a shallow pan with cooking spray. Remember to save ⅓ of the sauce to use as dressing for your salad later.

In a separate small bowl, mix together some honey mustard dressing, salt, pepper, and diced scallion. Next, let's dip the chicken into the honey mustard sauce and then give it a good coating of bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.

Pop the chicken into the prepared pan and bake for about 15 minutes, or until it's cooked through and golden. Once it's ready, place the chicken on top of your favourite green salad and drizzle the remaining 2/3 of the dressing mixture over it.

Enjoy your delicious meal.

Third recipe

Grilled Salmon

TIP: Want to make your grilled salmon even more delicious?

Try soaking some salmon planks before grilling! It not only enhances the flavour but also prevents the planks from catching fire.

To get started, mix some brown sugar and Dijon mustard until it's smooth and use it as a glaze. Heat the grill to medium-high and place the pre-soaked cedar plank on the hot grate. Wait for about 4-5 minutes until you smell the smoky aroma.

Then, flip the plank over and place the salmon, skin side down, on top.

Add a spoonful of the mustard mixture on each filet and a thin slice of lemon if you like.

Cook for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets, until it's cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook it!

Enjoy your yummy grilled salmon!
