Try making Date Energy Balls! Here's an easy recipe to follow:


- 6-7 dates

- 2 figs

- 1/2 cup of your choice of nuts

- Optional: banana

- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

2. Form small balls out of the mixture.

3. Refrigerate for 3-4 days.

4. Enjoy these delicious balls as a quick snack on-the-go, or as a breakfast or lunch option.
